What is the difference between the Elizabethian and the Georgian wedding banquet?

The Elizabethian wedding was a type of banquet in which the bridegroom would receive the bride’s dowry and then the groom would receive his bride’s gifts.

They had a private room and they would then have a meal and a drink.

The Georgian wedding was also called the Georgian banquet and it was held in a private home and was an event in which there was no banquet.
